Accessiblity Statement

Last Updated: 19 January 2026

Lexis Bridge Atlantic (“LBA”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to provide equal access to our website and services for all users, including Client-Firms and self-representing clients, regardless of ability or technology used. This statement demonstrates compliance with relevant standards under the UK Equality Act 2010 and the US Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

1. Commitment to Accessibility

  • Our website is designed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

  • We strive to ensure all information and services are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for every user.

2. Measures We Are Taking

To achieve accessibility goals, we have implemented:

  • Standards Compliance: Compatible with modern browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers.

  • Design and Structure: Logical HTML headings, clear content hierarchy, and sufficient text contrast for readability.

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are fully operable via keyboard alone.

  • Descriptive Content: Alternative text for images and descriptive link labels.

3. Disproportionate Burden & Continuous Improvement

  • While we aim for full WCAG AA compliance, certain content or functionality may not yet meet all accessibility requirements due to disproportionate operational burden.

  • LBA commits to regular reviews of site structure and content, prioritizing remediation of high-impact barriers.

  • Reported barriers will be assessed and addressed within a reasonable timeframe, or users will be informed if remediation requires additional time.

4. Feedback & Contact

We welcome feedback on accessibility. Please contact us if you encounter barriers affecting access to essential documents or services:
