

Associate Strategist
This fully remote position is for a proactive strategist who can bridge the gap between deep research and final submission drafting. The role requires a self-motivated professional capable of managing their own workload, ensuring that every strategic point is procedurally optimised for the target jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Submission Preparation: Produce high-caliber submissions and “Amicus-style” briefs for review by instructing solicitors/attorneys or for use by pro se litigants.

Extradition Strategy Development: Develop detailed reports on UK extradition challenges, with a focus on human rights, specialty, and procedural bars.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Lead Strategist to integrate clinical or medical evidence into legal arguments for mental health or capacity-based appeals. While we no longer have a permanent Medical Strategist on staff, external medical consultation may be arranged on specific projects as needed.

Workflow Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of consultancy projects from initial research intake to the final delivery of strategic reports.
Requirements

Superior communication skills using remote meeting platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.

Self-starter mentality with the technical proficiency to operate efficiently in a fully digital, paperless consultancy environment.
